Blue Willi's was founded over 40 years ago in Ikast, Denmark by Marius Thomassen and his family.  The concept was simple: to use the finest natural fibers to produce high quality, timeless, durable knitwear. Known worldwide for their Indigo yarns, Blue Willi's is the first to develop and has the exclusive patent on using pure indigo on knitted yarns. One of the oldest plant dyes, Indigo has for many years been used as the color for woven denim. The end result is a beautiful sweater that can be washed and dried many times and will soften and fade gently.  Just like your favorite pair of jeans!
