Chef/restaurateur John Howie has opened the definitive NW steak house, serving custom-aged USDA Prime steak, American Style Kobe and Japanese Waygu beef, as well as fresh seasonal fish, seafood and chops. John Howie Steak features mesquite coal and applewood grills to bring out the best flavors. The wine list features over 60 wines by the glass and more than 600 bottle selections. Enjoy classic and seasonal cocktails, or the world’s finest single-malt scotch and fine cognacs in the piano lounge. Two beautifully appointed private dining rooms are available for meetings or special occasions.

"From Poland, with Love"

Similar to a lemon drop, this drink is sweet, tart and tangy, with an added hint of licorice flavor combining Belvedere Citrus Vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, Absente Absinthe, Pomegranate juice and a sugar kissed rim. Adding a so-called "aphrodisiac" like Absente Absinthe makes this drink one for lovers.
