Lower-cost fresh air Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems provide up to 100 percent outside air to improve indoor air quality. Energy costs are reduced with variable-frequency drives.
Additional HVAC capacity Should you need above-standard cooling capacity, up to 15 percent additional is readily available through connections into the building system on every floor. For heavy users, the buildings can accommodate up to 40 percent above the base building’s design.
Generous convenience power Should you need more power to run your business, The Bravern offers it. Each floor is served with 5 watts per square foot of tenant convenience power—at least 10 percent more than other Class A buildings in the market. For heavy users, additional capacity can accommodate up to 10 watts per foot.
